CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW
• Cancellations made 48 hours prior to arrival are free of charge.• Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged one night’s stay or full booking amount, depending on policy.
• Non-refundable bookings cannot be modified or canceled.
RESERVATIONS & CHECK-IN
• Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM | Check-out time: 11:00 AM.• Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID is required upon check-in for security and incidentals.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to check-in.
GUEST CONDUCT
• Guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner.• Excessive noise, disturbance, or illegal activities will not be tolerated.
• The hotel reserves the right to evict guests without refund for misconduct.
LIABILITY
• The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of valuables left in guest rooms or public areas.• Guests are liable for any damage to hotel property caused by themselves, their guests, or invitees.
FORCE MAJEURE
• The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, government regulations, strikes, etc.).PAYMENT POLICY
• The hotel accepts the following modes of payment:– Cash (INR only)
– UPI Payments (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, etc.)
– All Major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, etc.)
– All Major Debit Cards
• Full payment for the stay is required at the time of check-in, unless otherwise specified in the booking confirmation.
• For advance reservations, the hotel may require a token/advance deposit through UPI, bank transfer, or card authorization to secure the booking.
• In case of non-refundable bookings, 100% payment must be made in advance and will not be refunded in case of cancellation or no-show.
• The hotel reserves the right to:
– Pre-authorize credit/debit cards prior to arrival.
– Cancel bookings if payment is not received within the stipulated time.
• All payments will be charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to prevailing government taxes.
